 Letter Published in the Sunday Times in response to Brian Appleyards article regarding the growth of vegan and vegetarianism the following was published 6 August 2017

Dear Sir,
Is our treatment of animals an issue that we as a species have to put right? For our own moral wellbeing we need to move away from the cruelty we perpetuate on them.
