 Letter for Publication

Sycophancy is a long-standing fetish of Indian origin left wing writers, historians and academics. Mukul Kesavan showers praise on the BBC in his article calling a democratically elected leader of the world’s largest democracy, ‘a Hindu strongman’.  Regarding the recent documentary about the Gujarat riots the BBC he says had the ability to, ‘ evidence on its narratives’.

The highest Courts of India have cleared PM Modi of involvement in the Gujarat riots. However, Kesavan and the BBC have no shame in paddling a lie to suit their nefarious agenda. When will the great BBC do a documentary on the ethnic cleansing of Hindus from Kashmir? When will the BBC do a documentary on Churchill whose actions caused the deaths of millions of Indians? BBC today is a rogue broadcasting media outlet which dares not report on dozens of countries where there is no freedom and where minorities are subject to ethnic cleansing. Kesavan has a twisted mindset which hates Hindus. He does not even have the moral courage to admit the burning alive of Hindu pilgrims before the riots took place. Kesavan and his fellow travellers claim Modi is promoting a majoritarian agenda. Why should a majority not proudly promote its values and ethos? Is not the UK a majoritarian country where every national event is blessed by the Church of England?

The days when India took lectures from the BBC and psychophonetic Indian left-wing clique are long gone.
