Once again Hannah has trivilised  Hindus. The grand opening of Ram Mandir is all about PM Modi seeking Hindu votes for next years elections, according to her. Modi is going to win with a huge majority anyway, so Hannah’s conspiracy theory is humbug.  Anti Hindu forces like the Guardian can only be mentally and physically in great pain! Hannah is also upset that the temple is being built on what was a former mosque. Hannah is not interested in what was there before the mosque. Though she has to admit that the Supreme Court declared the place to have been a Rama temple. The same court has granted the Muslim community another land to build a mosque. Hannah fears the rise of Hindu nationalism. If she means the rise of Hindu nationalism as Hindus asserting their rights as a majority, then yes, that is happening. It is what her country, Britain, already accords to the majority Christian faith. A place in the House of Lords for Bishops, a  Christian service at all major events of the state. No one says that right wing Christians want to impose a Christian state in which minorities will be persecuted. There is a Hindu resurgence and the Guardian and fellow travellers will have to live with it.
